Wasn’t too thrilled as arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. Paid for a balloon which they said flew away so didn’t get. Also in general paid a lot of money with quite large delivery and handling fees. Definitely had higher expectations considering the other reviews but was disappointed. Delivery was prompt but careless in handling. Not sure I’ll order from here again.

It blows my mind that they have such low ratings they should have high ratings because I bought flower arrangements from them for years and I'm never disappointed their flowers are very fresh the things they come up with are so beautiful the girls are great flower arrangers never disappointed flowers come on time cost is not bad so I just don't understand why they're ratings are low.
